Steps for LLC creation in PA

– Get an EIN # @ http://www.irs.gov/Businesses/Small-Businesses-&-Self-Employed/Apply-for-an-Employer-Identification-Number-%28EIN%29-Online

– Register to pay for state taxes @ http://www.pa100.state.pa.us/

– Register to actually pay them @ https://www.etides.state.pa.us/

– Get a bank account

– Purchase insurance
